Nytesia Ross is passionate about the power of stories and the people behind them, dedicating her life to both.
An award-winning poet
Nytesia has performed on renowned stages across the country—from New York to California—and at the prestigious Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. Her work has been featured on NPR’s All Things Considered podcast, as well as at Stanford’s World House Documentary Film Festival.
Beyond poetry
Nytesia is an accomplished videographer whose work has been recognized by the Association for the Study of African American Life and History. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
